Day one: We will start by making our way up the South Side of Bully Choop Mountain to the look-out, once leaving the lookout we will continue on the trail to our planned camping destination at Coggins Park, this is a free first come first serve campground. This is a dispersed camping area with no amenities.
Day two: From Coggins Park we will continue north on County Line road following the beautiful ridgelines until we reach our next camping destination Clear Creek campground. This campground is a free United States Forest Service campground that has fire rings, picnic tables, and vault restrooms. This route provides beautiful views of the Trinity Alps, Trinity Lake, Shasta Lake, Whiskeytown Lake and Mt. Shasta.
Day Three: We will leave Clear Creek campground and make our way East on Dog Creek Road, where we will make a pit stop for swimming and fishing on the Sacramento River. After that we will air back up and jump on I-5 for the drive home.
This is a Ladies only adventure, children may attend, but no men. This so that the ladies can be surrounded by like minded individuals, ask questions, and learn new things on the trail!
