Overlanders H.Q. leads monthly group runs on the third Sunday of the month in the Northern California area. Our runs go in a 4 month cycles. Easy, Intermediate, Advanced, and an Overnight Run. All of our runs take place on either BLM land or Forest Service Roads/Trails. The goal of our runs is to show people the trails that we have in our area. We also aim to assist new drivers with learning the basics of their vehicle and how capable they are.
Our group runs are family friendly events and a great way to spend the day as a family or with friends.
Easy - Gravel trail, some minor ruts on the trail. Easily passible in an AWD vehicle
Intermediate - 4x4 recommended, some steeper climbs, steep shelf roads, larger ruts on trail.
Advanced - 4x4 required, advanced traction aids may be required in some spots on the trail. "Light" rock crawling on some trails. Steep and long hill climbs. (Still passable in a stock Tacoma/4Runner)
Overnight Runs - Typically an intermediate level trail. Grounds tents are permitted!
